How strong is today Marijuana

Is cannabis is stronger now than it was in the '60s and '70s? The answer is yes since Marijuana used today is stronger than it used to be and average use today may be of marijuana that is about 2 to 3 times as potent as decades ago but users simply use less to get the same effect with less smoke. Even 30 years ago, much more potent strains than are normally used today were available, but were seldom used. As with alcohol and tobacco, users generally prefer milder versions. Another difference between then and now is that marijuana users in the 1970s were most likely to smoke the leaves and initiate use around 20 years of age. Marijuana users today, however, start in their mid-teens and prefer to smoke the more potent flowering tops, (buds) of the plant.
according to Mark Kleiman,'The line for marijuana is flat as a pancake. Kids who get stoned today aren't getting any more stoned than their parents were. That ought to be the end of the argument'. It shows that for those who stoned in the past decade is worst compared to present days.
